Getting Started

Welcome to Nexaa — a platform built to help you build, deploy, and scale cloud-native applications without infrastructure hassle.

This guide walks you through signing up, exploring the platform, and preparing your account to provision services.

1. Sign Up or Sign In

Visit portal.nexaa.io to get started.

  • New to Nexaa? Click "Create Account" and follow the signup process.
  • Already have an account? Just log in to access your dashboard.

Once logged in, you'll land in the Nexaa Portal, where you can browse available services and get familiar with how the platform works.

2. Explore Without Billing

You can freely explore Nexaa before committing to any usage.

From the console, you can:

  • Review your default Namespace
  • Explore how to deploy serverless containers
  • Learn how to launch cloud databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Preview available configurations and deployment flows

During exploration, you won’t be charged or able to provision services yet.

3. Unlock Provisioning (Add Billing Details)

To deploy containers or databases, you need to complete your account by adding billing information.

How to Add Billing Details

  1. In the top right navigation, click on your name
  2. Click "Update billing information"
  3. Fill in your personal or business information
  4. Save and confirm

Nexaa won’t charge or activate any subscriptions automatically. You’re in full control.

Once your billing status is active, your account is ready to provision services.
