When choosing a RabbitMQ package, each option provides a predefined set of resources. To give an indication of the expected performance for these packages, we conducted a series of benchmarks.

Important: These benchmark results are not guaranteed message rates. They are intended to help you understand the relative performance of different configurations and set expectations for your workload.

Benchmark Setup

  • Hardware: Production-grade Nexaa servers
  • RabbitMQ version: 3.13
  • Message sizes:
  • 1 KB messages for measuring highest throughput
  • 16 KB messages for measuring lowest throughput

Note

If your application uses smaller messages than those in our benchmark, you may achieve higher message rates.
